Purchased at auction in April 2014, LSH Developments were, once again, involved in this project from purchase date having secured the building on behalf of one of our investors via LSH Investments.
Having lain empty and derelict for in excess of 10 years, LSH Developments assisted in securing planning permission to convert the large Victorian house in to two student flats and work commenced in summer 2014 with works comprising full new roof structure, large side and rear extensions and significant civil and external works to provide all new utility services and new drainage in addition to major remedial works to prevent continual flooding of the basement area.
In addition to the above works the entire structure was substantially redeveloped and refurbished and the finished project saw LSH Developments provide two high end student flats with a commercial valuation around the £1m mark and excellent rental yield for the, overseas based, owners.
Given the overseas status of the owners, this development was managed as a totally hands off investment on their behalf and was delivered on time and on budget.
